International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

  • USA & Canada: 8–18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
  • Other Countries: 10–20 business days

Shipping Charges

India

  • Free Shipping on eligible products.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

International

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on supplier availability. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment if applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Livora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photographs (if damaged).
  3. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the courier marks an order as delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, Livora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the courier immediately and notify us.


Order Changes

If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
